How to Turn On and Use Macro Tracking
Overview
Macronutrient (macro) tracking allows you to monitor your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Advanced nutrient tracking gives you more visibility into additional nutrients in the foods you log, including fiber, sodium, total sugars, saturated fat, calcium, and potassium.
Tracking macronutrients and other nutrients can help you make more informed dietary choices that align with your overall health goals. As you log meals and snacks, this information is automatically tracked once enabled.
