Overview
The Welli Meal Planner is an AI-powered feature in the Noom app that suggests recipes based on your dietary needs, preferences, and goals. It’s included with Premium and helps make meal planning easy and personalized.
What to Know
To use the Welli Meal Planner, you need:
- A Premium subscription
- The English version of Noom Weight (not available in the U.K.)
- App version 12.47.0 or higher on iOS or Android
What to Do
Set Up Your Meal Preferences
If you’re a new Premium user, you’ll set preferences during sign-up. If you’re already subscribed:
- Open the Noom app.
- On the home screen, tap Continue on the task card for Premium meal customization.
- Select your dietary preferences, dislikes, favorite cuisines, and cooking time.
- Tap Submit Preferences.
- Tap Explore to view your meal plan or Maybe Later to come back to it.
View Meal Suggestions
- Open the Noom app.
- Tap the Messages icon at the top right.
- Tap Welli Meal Planner.
- Choose a preselected prompt or ask your own question.
- Scroll through recipe suggestions—each includes prep time, calories per serving, and a bookmark option.
Update Your Preferences
- Open the Noom app.
- Tap the Messages icon.
- Open Welli Meal Planner chat.
- Type: I want to update my preferences.
- Follow the prompts to adjust your selections.
