In the Telehealth for Branded Meds Program You can reach a clinician through the Care Team chat in your Noom app. Clinicians usually reply within 24 hours.
What to Know
- To connect with a clinician, you’ll message your Care Coordinator in the Care Team chat.
- The chat looks like instant messaging, but replies work more like email.
- Most responses arrive within 24 hours. If it takes longer, you can follow up.
What to Do
To contact your clinician:
- Open the Noom app.
- Go to messages in the upper right corner.
- Tap on the Care Team chat.
- Ask your Care Coordinator to connect you with a clinician.
If you haven’t heard back:
- Wait up to 24 hours for a reply.
- If it’s been longer, send a follow-up message in the Care Team chat.
