Contacting a Telehealth Clinician

Overview

In the Telehealth for Branded Meds Program You can reach a clinician through the Care Team chat in your Noom app. Clinicians usually reply within 24 hours.

What to Know

  • To connect with a clinician, you’ll message your Care Coordinator in the Care Team chat.
  • The chat looks like instant messaging, but replies work more like email.
  • Most responses arrive within 24 hours. If it takes longer, you can follow up.

What to Do

To contact your clinician:

  1. Open the Noom app.
  2. Go to messages in the upper right corner. 
  3. Tap on the Care Team chat.
  4. Ask your Care Coordinator to connect you with a clinician.

If you haven’t heard back:

  1. Wait up to 24 hours for a reply.
  2. If it’s been longer, send a follow-up message in the Care Team chat.
