If you’re participating in the Noom Med Program through a sponsored partnership (Branded Meds), your Noom membership is fully covered. Some clinical components—such as lab work or prescriptions—may involve costs depending on your insurance.
What to Know
- Your Noom membership is free through your sponsoring organization, but only for the Branded Noom Med program.
- Noom Med may include additional costs related to medication, labs, or prior authorizations, depending on your insurance coverage.
- You’ll receive both clinical and nonclinical support, including a personalized care plan, medication (if eligible), and 1:1 coaching.
- If you opted in to receive a scale during enrollment, it will ship 3-5 days after your first clinician visit. If you don’t receive it within 2 weeks, email [email protected].
What to Do
To understand your coverage or support team:
- For questions about your medication, labs, prior authorization, or care coordination, contact [email protected].
- For pharmacy or insurance cost questions, contact your pharmacy or insurance provider directly.
To manage your medication:
- Message your Care Coach in the Noom app for questions about refills, side effects, or treatment plans.
- Your clinician will decide on your dosage and duration of treatment.
- When you’re ready to taper off medication, your clinician will guide that process.
