Understanding Noom Charges, Billing, and Receipts

You can view your charges, find your receipts, and understand how billing works for your program and any add-ons all in one place.

What to Know

  • The Subscription Portal shows all billing details, including charges for your program and any add-ons, the payment method used, and upcoming renewal dates.
  • You can continue using the Noom app after your program ends, but access to premium content or add-ons depends on your subscription status.
  • Add-ons are billed separately from your main program and follow their own billing cycle.

What to Do

View Your Charges and Receipts

  1. Search your email inbox for the receipt sent from Noom after purchase.
  2. If you can’t find it, check spam or promotions folders. Receipt emails from Noom will appear as follows:
    1. From: Noom ([email protected])
    2. Subject: Your Noom Receipt
  3. Still can’t locate it? Reach out our Support Team for help retrieving your receipt.

When You’re Billed for Add-Ons

  • If you purchased an add-on (such as a meal plan or support package), you’ll be charged at the time of purchase. For certain features, like Premium or some course enhancements, billing won’t occur until after your trial period ends, even if you fast-forward your program.
  • Add-on charges are processed separately from your main program subscription. These may appear as a distinct line item on your billing statement.

⚠️ Note: Availability may vary depending on your region or app version.

After Your Program Ends

  • You’ll still be able to access the Noom app and view your previously logged content, but you’ll only have access to the free version, not your full subscription features.
  • To continue using premium features or coaching, an active subscription is required.
  • If you’ve finished your program but still have an active subscription, billing will continue unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Subscription Portal.

Q: What if I see an unexpected charge?
A:
Check if it’s related to an add-on purchase by logging into your Subscription Portal. If you’re still unsure, contact us via chat, phone, or sending a message to our Support Team through our Contact Form. Please make sure to do so before your charge / renewal date. 

Q: Can I still use Noom after my program ends?
A:
Yes. You’ll still be able to use the free version of the app and view your previously logged content. However, premium features like coaching, courses, and other subscription tools will no longer be available without an active subscription.
